RACHEL WHEATLEY WINS THE PAN PACIFIC

Rachel fought the Pan Pacific on the last weekend and show that she is in a great shape by clearing the absolute category submitting everyone. At the Final of the weight division she got DQ in a controversy action as she was about to apply a leg lock ( position that can only be applied by Brown belts and above) that was only a set up. the decision was a bit to early as the ref should have adverted before hand.Rachel was controlling the hole fight without any problems but by a precipitation of the ref she got DQ. AT the final of the absolute she paid back against the same opponent, winning by rear naked choke. Rachel was elected the most technical female fighter of the competition.
