Rick Cooke takes gold at the No Gi Worlds!

Congratulations to Rick for taking gold at yet another major tournament this year, adding to the growing collection of championship medals after winning the blue belt senior middleweight category!
Rick is an avid competitor and yet again the hard training with Victor and the GB Mansfield guys has paid off.
Congratulations Rick, keep hauling them in!
