It really was Purple Reign when purple belt student Norbi Nowak & Nathan Roberts both won their respective weight categories at the recent Kent Open held in early November. Both students showed off their talents with great technique playing an offensive attacking game which saw them both ripping through their opponents without problem to win gold.
The day also saw a good representation by many others from the club including a hatful of medal positions and ones who were close. A great well done to all, as always.
“I am so proud of the team and how much they have worked this year, which has culminated with victories at the Kent Open. I would like to congratulate all who competed, supported and well done to the individual achievements. You are all winners. It was great to be coaching on the day and see you all do so well. Thank you very much for winning so emphatically in style.”
Best regards,
Braulio
